NeSPaT is a leading service provider offering comprehensive solutions for patient transportation (based on feedback from CRO/pharmaceutical companies, researchers, and patients).

We focus exclusively on the needs of clinical trial stakeholders. This enables us to understand the requirements of users and clients, invest in technology, and enhance business processes for logistics organization in clinical research.

Since 2004, the parent company “New Standard of Business Travel” has been organizing corporate events and business travel for employees of corporate clients.

In 2013, we received our first orders for organizing patient transportation.

In 2017, we created the separate brand “NeSPaT” as an acronym for New Standard of Patient Travel.

In 2019, we developed our own software, which we use for receiving and processing orders, quality control, report generation, and more.

Since 2023, we have been operating in 10+ countries across Europe.

Our employees share the values of NeSPaT, as they were defined through collective effort. The drive for innovation and continuous improvement allows us to build experience, expand our service presence in the market, and enhance its potential.

Each member of the NeSPaT team is constantly searching for ways to improve processes, both in their area of personal influence and in the overall effectiveness of the service.

To achieve this, we regularly receive feedback from users and clients, while our team engages in brainstorming sessions and operates within a unified information space, which ultimately leads us and our service to the desired result. This deeply inspires and motivates us.
